This nationally recognised unit is designed for individuals who are required to communicate in the workplace within the resources and infrastructure industries. This unit is appropriate for those working in operational roles.

Content Includes:

Plan and prepare for workplace communication using equipment and systems
Communicate using communication equipment and systems
Carry out face-to-face routine communication
Complete written documentation

Pre-Requisites

There are no formal pre-requisites, however participants must have basic English skills.

Delivery Methods

Face to face delivery. The unit involves a theory and practical assessment and participants will receive a statement of attainment upon successful completion of the unit.

Location

On-site at your workplace, or alternatively a suitable training venue can be organised.

Duration

Approximately half a day.
