Star Training and Assessing remains OPEN as the majority of services we deliver are considered essential for workplace and public safety in permitted work premises or for permitted workers.
This includes training and assessment for –
High Risk Work Licences (Forklift, Order Picker, EWP >11m)
Construction Induction (White Card)
And training and assessment for High Risk Work Credentials as classified by the OHS Regulations 2017 which includes –
Traffic Control/Management
Electrical Spotters
Identify, Locate and Protect Underground Services
Working at Heights
Confined Spaces
Elevated Work Platforms (Scissor Lifts, EWP’s, Yellow Card etc.)
Plant and Equipment Training and Assessment (Excavators, Front End Loaders etc)
Students attending a course will need to provide an Authorised Worker Permit to attend, however, as an Authorised Higher Education Provider, if you are unable to obtain a Permit from your employer and require a permit to attend your course, please contact Star Training and Assessing to issue a permit for you. Our staff will be in contact with each student before their course to ensure they have an Authorised Worker Permit.
